I have nothing but praise for this clinic and especially Dr. Olla, his dedication to finding out why you are unwell or in pain is amazing and follows up test results. I have seen Dr. Olla since he first started at the clinic. He is so professional and caring and goes above and beyond for his patients, including coming in on his day off when I was having intravenous antibiotics to check on me at the clinic. I have lived in 3 states and overseas and have never had the care that he gives. I find the staff, also professional and caring and the clinic clean and modern. I would without a doubt recommend this clinic and thank you to you all.

Terrible Hy time and health are important, I should charge you for waisting my time completely unprofessional. Booked at least 2 weeks prior to appointment then waited 30 min and when I asked how much longer was told about 20 min or so. Unacceptable to leave healthy people waiting to see the divino skin people sitting with sick people coughing everywhere and not adhering to social distancing I moved 3 times away from people to maintain social distancing and the receptionist put people in front of me and 2 other patients moved so close I could feel them breathing on me

Initially I attended Divine Medical Centre and Dr Hamad was my GP. He was great, explained everything proper and gave me the feeling that he truly cared about my health. But after he left it went pretty fast downwards and friends reported an incident that critical irregular heartbeats were brushed off while they could have caused a stroke. I understood this Dr is now gone. After I noticed irregularities on Medicare charges, I moved on. No hard feelings to them, but I do not wish to be part of that kind of practices.

UPDATE: You were told not to play games with me. But okay I will play your game of pretending, I just removed the review and wait a bit until all authorities are informed which includes the Medical Board of Australia. For your information, the complaint contained exactly what was in the review and much more. Reviews are indeed very damaging if they would be malicious, vexatious and not the truth. But actually, this review was like all the other ones based on the truth and I am more than happy to provide the evidence to Google or any other party if they ask me. I suggest that you rather attend to the matters at hand than falsely pretend to the public to lodge a complaint when in fact you keep the content of a medical file away of disgruntled patient.

Wouldn't recommend going here they just keep booking you in then they try and get you to pay cash for services that are bulk billed dr ola can't even do a simple job like getting medical records and helping with disability pension paper work he wanted a cash payment for doing it when it is a bulk billed service and he needs to learn English I will be reporting your practice first thing in the morning very untrustworthy doctor very sad as I thought it was a great medical practice I will be never taking any of my 5 children here again very disappointed in the service provider -5 stars for services
