I couldn't recommend splashes Glenhaven highly enough, from the time of purchase to install it has been smooth sailing. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and supportive through the entire process, the after service has been especially amazing with courtesy calls to ensure the water levels and everything is okay. Sam even made himself available on his day off for support. Thank you Sam for making us a very happy customer!

I walked in to splashes not expecting to by a spa as I had been promised the world by another spa company in Seven Hills. After spending time and speaking with Charlie to get a FULL in-depth look in to all things spa from treatments to insulation it quickly became apparent I was in the right place, speaking to the right person and the company at seven hills had no clue about their products. I've been working in the water industry for over 17 years so I know a thing or two about water and how it behaves - I also can spot a man with passion for what he does and that man is Charlie at Splashes. He handled everything for us for deposit to delivery to even coming in on his day off to our house and running us through the chemical routine. Charlie lives, dreams and breaths his passions and I can guarantee you will not find a man as dedicated as he to making sure the customer gets all the advice they need at at very high level to make a long term decision. If it weren't for Charlie we wouldn't be enjoying such a wonderful spa being the Miami Classic. Thanks again Charlie!

Buyers beware!! This company is dishonest. They will tell you you don't need council or certifier approval for your spa and next thing you get a knock on the door from council, or they give you the name of dodgy certifier who only inspects the cover and makes like that's the only approval you need. My friend just got fined 1500 and is going legal or to the media about how dangerous this is.
