I tried using the online Telehealth service, I'm a registered patient at Marsden Park Our Medical Home, but when I try to book online it says my details are incorrect. They are not. So I've been trying to call reception, they DO NOT ANSWER phone. Waited 25minutes then cut-off, waited 35minutes then cut-off, tried going through to pathology, they answered but couldn't help. All I want to do is speak to a doctor and get my COVID test results. Very poor service. Doctors are nice, but management at Marsden Park is very poor. My advice, go to another bulk billed doctors. They're are many around the area. I will be.

Absolutely rubbish waiting system at reception. I arrived at 0920 and Dr is to start seeing patients from 10am. Reception asked me to wait as they can’t book the patients before 9:45 so I set on the sofa. When I went to reception at 9:45, I was shocked to hear that my no is four and there are already three patients before me. What if reception would have issued a waiting number on chit and asked to come and get the registration done? Waiting 2 hours to see a GP is equal to going to Emergency Department. I love the doctor Emmanuel that is why I go there.

Regency House

The receptionist/answering phones can be very rude, I just rang to ask about my doctors working hours and the receptionist practically yelled at me and slammed the phone down! Management needs to send their staff to training in phone etiquette. This is not the first time this has happened to me, this rude mannerism is a reoccurring theme. Best way for management to address this issue is to record all phone calls so the receptionist can learn on polite phone mannerism. Terrible receptionists!!! The only reason I come to this center is my doctor is a true professional.

I have seen Dr Titus Thomas here twice now for my daughter. He is welcoming and friendly. My daughter becomes very shy and nervous when seeing a doctor but Dr Thomas was able to interact with her in his kind and gentle manner. He listened to my concerns and took appropriate action based on these. There is sometimes a wait at reception and although there was a longer wait on our first visit, this is to be expected when visiting a medical centre. It's also handy that xray is available at the centre, as well as other services.

I can give no stars if I could, NO ONE PICK UPS THE CALLS, and this a "medical center". Its just frustrating to communicate as there is no other way but to go physically and wait for hours!I only went as it was after hours and my GP wasn't available. They had all wrong info entered in my file plus doctor didn't mentioned specific test to get done on my CT scan referral but who had to suffer? Me. In the middle of medical problem and stress I had to wait 40 mins and number of attempts to just correct those mistakes.... but THEY ARE STILL YET TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND TO BE CORRECTED. Glad my regular GP is back and I am in good hands. DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME, THIS CENTRE WILL ONLY ADD MORE STRESS!Only go if no ther GP are available....

Came here for my vaccinations, Dr gave me wrong advice and wrong time dosage. As advised by NSW Health, that I got a wrong date to come for my second dosage that made my dose invalid. In which I had to come several times and spend money twice and thrice for one vaccination as a private patient. Until I had to change and go to another GP. It is a shame when we as patients blindly trusts GP to provide the true and right assistance. However, there is no value for us and our money. Please improve Our Medical Home Marsden Park.

Worst Medical center!!! Doctors are good at the center but the management and service is absolutely rubbish. I have been using this center for past 3 years as there is no other option in surrounding area but NO MORE.. Every time we come, waiting time is no less than 2 hours. They had around 10 consulting rooms but at anytime there are only 2-3 doctors available. Huge waste of time!!!! I will now rather travel 30mins extra but not coming back to this center anymore.

I don't have first hand experience and pray never have to and wish same for everyone. This place is located within brand new and expand Marsden Park Homemakers. It is of a moderate to big size facility and hoping it has brand new equipment and facilities. Good size parking but gets extremely busy on weekends since there are other shops in the complex. Wheelchair access and public toilets available
