Amazing, friendly and helpful customer service at this store. Telstra have been really getting their act together in recent years and this store is probably the best experience I've had with them so far. I walked in with an old, cracked, malfunctioning pixel 3, and thanks to Jarrod, walked out with a brand new Pixel 5, two Bluetooth speakers, a 3 month subscription to Binge and 1 month sub to Kayo, and a cheaper phone bill every month going forward. Normally good. But today went in at 3:30 and was told I couldn't buy a phone as it takes more than 30 Minutes and they close at 4pm. From the time I walked in and asked if he could pull up my account and he said, just do it on your phone , the unwillingness to assist was made clear at the end when he said we are closing in 30 minutes and can't sell any phones.
Asked them to stop my Telstra account on the day after I left the country. They didn't do so and so I've been billed for an entire month I couldn't use and now need to ring Telstra directly (misery incarnate) to get the issue fixed. Extremely poor service after I was assured this was easily done before I left.

We have been dealing with an issue regarding an internet mobile modem. For weeks now, telstra has been giving us the wrong information and really not doing much about it. In the end we walked in this Telstra shop frustrated and very unhappy. Then we met Sam who went far and beyond and doing everything he could to help us out. So to you Sam, THANK YOU! You are everything customer service should be. We are still on waiting on the final decision from Telstra but Sam really is someone that Telstra should be proud to have as an employee. A
