I took my mum here the other day with the intention to have her hearing-aid repaired and have her hearing checked, only to be greeted by this extremely rude blonde haired thing(not lady) with a broken horrible accent which I could hardly make out what she was on about coz for some reason I don't know why but she was just so rude and I couldn't understand...? I had a check which I couldn't understand why it was forwarded to us when it should've been forwarded to Australian hearing. I'll never go there again and infact I took my mother and left there without seeing anyone as her rudeness was absolutely intolerable. So annoying

This place is not very professional at all especially a lady named Donna confidentially is not very good repeats everything back to other family members which is not correct
