Eric has definitely secured his place to be our financial broker for all our finance needs. We have recommended Eric to so many of our friends and family and they all have similar experiences. Eric and I met in a not so usual circumstance 3 years ago while we were looking around talking directly to banks for a refinance of our investment property. Eric was in my office meeting a colleague of mine for a business venture, where I got introduced to him. Our refinance app was Pretty much at a point of refusal with banks when Eric took over our app he pretty much made an impossible turn around and we got a great deal. 3 months later we purchased a new property to owner occupy, Eric once again performed a great job turning around our application which is not so easy being a business owner applicant.
