My wife Lucie recently joined Worx for 3 weeks of classes and she loved it. For anyone holidaying on the Sunshine Coast and looking to work out - do Circuit classes, Pilates, Stretching and/or Yoga, she can highly recommend Worx. Alex (the owner & main instructor) is very knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and understands intuitively each person's needs and that individual bodies all work differently. Great for both girls and guys. 5 stars.

If you're looking for classes the trainer is excellent, and there is a variety of different classes on offer. I especially love the AntiGravity class, it has helped me stretch out my tight muscles and has improved my posture.
Love the Zumba, Pilates and anti-gravity classes at Worx. I also do personal training once a week with Alex. Love this brand new gym, it's fresh and clean and modern.
