I have been working with John at Woodworkers Sunshine Coast a few years on my (never ending) new house build project and find it hard to express how pleased I am with my selection of Cedar Bi-fold Doors for the decks, Interior lead-light doors, French Doors & Laundry Stable Door plus my compliant steal screen windows and Bi-fold Servery Window AND -- my latest project, a 4 meter Arch window. I am very fussy and want EVERYTHING my way and John never failed to accommodate or get annoyed with me - lol, he had solutions to every problem arising, going over and above the required to even help with advising the builder on installation issues we had. To be honest we couldn’t be happier with the door, it’s just been delivered. The whole process from order, to updates and then delivery. Not to mention the recommendation to Mark the installer. We spoke to several other suppliers that were more expensive, had longer time lines and were made in China. A fabulous local Australian company with a brilliant level of pride and workmanship. Adam at the Woodworkers was an absolute delight to work with. He made everything simple and clear, had competitive pricing and just a great guy. We were also write desperate for a quick turnaround and he managed to have our front door done in two days! Amazing!!
I received a quote from a competitor (whose service was shocking) for a new front door screen, so I approached Woodworkers to provide a quote also. Not only did they beat the price but the service was exceptional. Special mention to Garry! The door took a week longer than quoted but the quality of the doors is wonderful. Would use Woodworkers again!
Absolutely great customer service from Adam at woodworkers. I made a mistake with the side for the hinges (my mistake, not Woodworkers) and Adam arranged for it to be fixed and delivered back to me the next business day. What great service! and a great looking door it is..........
Recently purchased double front doors and rake windows. Service from all the guys was sensational. Firstly John, who guided us through options as we required bushfire certification and a certain Hampton look. He was very patient with us and the various changes we had to make and gave very helpful advice. In his absence we dealt with Adam who was great also. He arranged installation of the window glass and certification etc. Service and end product was great. Good old fashioned service and quality product by blokes who know their stuff. Would thoroughly recommend them.
I had a custom timber security door made by Woodworkers for a job. Communication from the outset was great. The finished product was delivered on time and as specified, and is of very good quality. I'm very happy with the finished product, as is my client.
