Clean, modern room with great sea views. Close to cafes and short walk to Sunshine plaza. I travelled with a man who uses a wheelchair and accessibility from truck to apartment was faultless. Very helpful and friendly staff...will absolutely stay again
From the beginning it all seemed dodgey. No emails.., all correspondence was from a mobile phone number. We got to the room and it was not clean. Skid marks were left on chairs and piles of dirt were found in the kitchen and in the shower. Management were horribley rude to us. We had just returned from dinner with friends around 9pm, they needed to collect their car keys from our room, but the manager intercepted us in the lobby before we reached the elevator and he abused us for breaking a 10pm curfew that we had not been made aware of when checking in. He even threatened to keep our 200 deposit for the room, for an overnight stay. Never have I ever been so poorly treated and spoken to so rudely. Their service is disgusting. It brought my girlfriend to tears. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This 2 bedroom apartment offered everything we were wanting. 2 spacious bedrooms with main room having ensuite. Large living and dining area. The kitchen was spacious and settings for 6 plus cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available for use. Would definitely recommend for any type of stay. Within walking distance there are so many little cafes, takeaways, coffee shops, hairdressers, you name you will probably find it.
Highly recommend this place. Gavin and Shelly were easy to get along with and willing to help me book three guest in separate rooms for a business trip. The hotel was a very nice standard and didn't break the bank.
We stayed recently for a weekend, and I'm so glad I booked here. Very new, very clean. My brother booked a different apartment across the road and we compared. They were very jealous of our lovely apartment- and it had cost them 50 a night more. We would stay again.
