Bought a new car. Got a great deal. Very happy with salesman. So not sure why a 4 star rating I just can't see how you can rate it 5 stars. It was pretty damn good, but not excellent.

I bought a 2nd hand European car from these guys maybe just over a year ago and it has just had its first major service under their platinum warranty. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances and specialist tools needed to change serpentine belts Mazda were unable to complete the service after my hour drive there and then another hour back from Brisbane and to drop off my car. Luckily Brittany on the front desk was more than accommodating and extremely professional in dealing with the situation which could have easily been a negative experience but ensured it was once again a positive experience with Mazda Sunshine Coast.

Not sure why anyone would give anything other than a 5 star rview to Blair and the service team. They work in a department where they are constantly dealing with problems and they are extremely helpful and positive. My mazda had engine issues that were hard to identify. It was a tricky and unusual fault. But during the 3 week journey Blair has kept me informed the whole way and got to the bottom of the fault. Service was worthy of a 5 star.
