Thanks to Phil White at Sunshine antenna service, Phil and his team always make you feel important and provide an excellent service and like to go that extra mile for you too. Phil replaced and set up the new TV for us and didn't want to leave until we were happy knowing how to work everything with the new equipment, even when it went overtime. George solved an audio problem that has been annoying me for ages. My headphones worked on TV sound but would not connect to streaming services. Apparently something to do with decoding digital sound to analogue sound. Anyway, a quick phone call sorted that out. Thanks George, you ended one of my frustrations.
