I would have given 4.5 stars if it allowed for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Rovera Apartments. The rooms were very large and furnished well, everything you needed was provided. It is so close to some really terrific restaurants, especially Namory, almost next door, and some really nice little shops in the same arcade. Lovely walks between river and the beach, bus stop outside to Sunshine Plaza etc.... Secure parking, we never used the car in the whole week. Even though it was Christmas, it was fairly quiet and private, even the little pool was available without a crowd. We highly recommend it and would definitely return for another stay.

Just had an amazing 4 night get away with the family. Can't thank Jan enough for her amazing service, loved the phone call the day before check in. Room (403) was large and spacious amazing balcony with incredible views. Hat's off to the cleaning team as the room was immaculate and had all the appliances you could need. The bed was so comfy, thank goodness. Location you couldn't beat, especially for a family with young kids. Can't wait to come and stay again.
Best customer service! I booked through a third party website who ended up double booking me and the manager of Rovera called me to tell me (it was over Christmas so everything else in the area was booked!!). She ended up sending out an email to all the other hotels around and found me a place to stay for the equivalent cost - which I would have never got myself for that price at that time, she called in a favour. Then she called to follow up and make sure everything was ok, I wasn't even her customer at this point. Thank you, Jan. I would highly recommend just booking (not through a third party website) but straight through the Rovera Apartments website. You'll get the best service in town!
The Rovera Apartments is 10/10 for any Sunshine Coast vacation. Excellent location, the apartments are located in Cotton Tree and directly across the road from the Maroochydore River with walkways that track alongside into the town hub and the Sunny Plaza, or down to the beach and Surf Club.The apartments boast all amenities and chattels to have a stress free relaxing break. They are clean and well serviced apartments with quality modern furnishings. The swimming pool is beautiful and private and also has a spa. The apartment building is easy to access with basement car parking. Ground level is the reception with Coffee Culture, other cafes and eatery’s all nestled right at your door step. There is a grocer across the road and a delicious ice cream shop and various other locally owned shops. On Sunday’s there is the Cotton Tree markets which are definitely worth getting up for. The Managers Jan and Chris were lovely to deal with and were very accommodating during our stay. We would recommend The Rovera for your next Sunny Coast accomodation. Location, quality and comfort loved it. Recommend you phone Jan for booking specials as she was able to offer better then the lowest price available online.
Just had an overnight stay and it was really awesome this weekend . From meeting Jan to having a single room 106 ready , walking up to the Red Sea restaurant for dinner (best seafood platter for 2) and then waking up this morning to the small market stalls right outside the door , couldn’t have asked for a better weekend , highly recommend this place for any couple looking to get away for the weekend
