Need to update which centres are open and update opening times. When you have to go to work and need a fasting test you have to go first thing in the morning only to find out that the centre is closed or doesn't open until later than the time on your website. The service from the staff is always first class.

No-one present at opening time and for next hour. Multiple people waiting. Phone ringing out. Very poor, won't be back.

Came in about 930am, noticed a note from pathologist that said back at 945am. One receptionist said to another lady that pathologist was with another patient, then another mentioned she was on her break. At 945 pathologist comes out and changes the note to say ready at 10am? I am waiting as number one, what exactly am I waiting for and missing other appointments for? Also fasting and irritable. Went to emporio and was greeted immediately as number one by a lovely pathologist, much better experience. I will be reporting further with qml.
