First time shopping at Plush. Great range and quality sofas made choosing easy. Tracey Filbey from Plush Maroochydore was fabulous and explained everything and answered all my questions which was a great help. She was very patient with me and no question at all was a problem. Very happy with Plush and I'd highly recommend Plush Maroochydore because of the great service!

We received our plush sofa a week back. We ordered it 3 months earlier. disappointed with finishing. It's not something you'd expect in a 10K range sofa. Also Plush delivery guys damaged our door. Still waiting for Plush to contact and resolve these issues. Update after 12 days with no response: Followed up today again, and they agreed to send a repair person to replace leg within 12 days time. Door damage was repaired today, waiting for another 2 days to see paint condition. Update: They fixed the issue with sofa. Great job!

The experience with Plush is great right up until you hand over money! We had to chase up our furniture because it had been several weeks over the expected timeframe for delivery. Then, when it was supposedly ready for delivery, we were informed of a date and time and asked to pay the balance in full (which we promptly did). Come the delivery day (Wednesday) - no phone call, no information about where our furniture is. The following day, we receive a phone call telling us that our furniture will be delivered between 1-4pm (Thursday). Come 4pm - no phone call, no delivery, they don't answer any of our calls and we waited all day for them to show up, only to be disappointed again! We call the store and they tell us that they don't even deliver on Thursdays, even though we had received a phone call from them that it would be! Really incompetent and unprofessional to take monies from customers and fail to deliver what was promised!! Still waiting... Won't shop here again.
