Not very helpful staff and not a big collection of yarn. I am a self taught and beginner knitter, went in with a question about my next project and asked the staff for some help regarding the best yarn for the project, instead of being helpful I was referred to google, they didn’t even bother checking in afterwards if I had found what I was looking for. Then I was left to search for the yarns myself with the limited collection of yarn.

I love this place! I always find way too many things to buy, and end up leaving the store with more things than I went in for. Staff are extremely helpful, there’s always someone on the floor to answer questions or help you find the right product for the job. One staff member recently went the extra mile suggesting a particular craft that we could try with the kids, which was a huge success and big hit with the kids! Thank you!

The whole experience, from first entering is cool and refreshing. The range of products and occasional specials gives great choices. The staff are friendly and helpful and give great advice. They seem genuinely excited about whatever project I am planning. Lincraft is definitely my preferred sewing craft shopping store.
