What a beautiful shop! I was passing by and was amazed by the wonderful selection of gifts available to purchase! Reasonably priced, I could pick what I wanted to go in my special gift, and it was hand delivered by Deb’s team to the door the very same day. My friend absolutely raved about the gorgeous gift wrapping, and she was thrilled with her present. I could not be happier with the service I received from Deb, and I will be recommending her company to my boss for their corporate and Christmas hampers too! Thank you so much

Extremely happy with my Gifts2remember experience! I used the Create your own hamper option and found it easy to use, and the lady at the store was super helpful when I called about an out of stock product, even sending me pics of what they did have available and updating the website on the spot where needed. The hamper was delivered the same day even though I ordered right on 2pm, and the recipients keep messaging me to say how yummy everything is Now just to find an excuse to send a hamper to myself!
Rang an hour before closing, the lady was so helpful- took photos of what she had in store and sent them to us so we could choose what we wanted, then had it delivered same day. She even messaged us to let us know when it was delivered. Goods were good quality and lovely. Highly Recommend.

Appalling customer service! My mother arranged to have a gift hamper delivered to my house for my birthday as a surprise. I had no idea that I should expect a delivery. I did not receive a single email, txt or phone call from gifts2remember to inform me of a delivery, enquiring when I would be at home, or giving me an estimated time of delivery. I got home in the late afternoon to find my gift basket sitting in the hot Queensland afternoon sun, when I opened it all the brownies and chocolate covered macadamias were melted! I contacted the company and told them their policy should be to inform people to expect a delivery so the contents aren't ruined. The company offered to replace the damaged food items but they never delivered the replacement items and have ignored follow up emails. Appalling customer service, these gifts are expensive and the packaging clearly states that the items should be kept refrigerated. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
Absolutely wonderful service in every aspect, cannot fault them one bit! Ordered a gift late at night, arrived to its destination the next day. Communication was amazing, all my questions and queries were answered so quickly and they even let me know when they had made the delivery. Will definitely be using this service again!
