We had been looking for our perfect lounge all day. Being our first time at Plush we were thrilled with the variety of Options and high quality of products. Dennis at the Marion showroom spent all the time we needed going through all of our options. He really made the process so easy and stress free.

Thankyou Dennis at the Marion store for helping me choose our sofas. Your guidance, knowledge of the products & assistance with sofa placement in the room was very useful. I got a "no-pressure" quote and felt very comfortable going back to the store to make our final selection.
I was greeted at the desk at the Marion showroom with a smile and a friendly "good morning" by Leah. I had a couple of questions regarding the Cambridge 3 seat lounge that I had purchased online. Leah answered all my questions that I posed with ease and made my experience in the Marion showroom a good one. Additionally, I asked her about the chase that was in store as it was the same Cuba Tan colour that I had ordered for my lounge. I then left the store and went home. While at home I thought that the 55% off sale was too good to pass up and I went back to the Marion showroom to order the chase. When I walked in Leah recognised me immediately and we had a quick friendly chat before I told her why I was back. Leah spent as much time as she had to as to ensure all my needs were met including getting extra protection for the lounge and chase to ensure it remain in good condition. All in all, it was a great shopping experience with the Marion showroom and Leah. I would recommend anyone to shop there and ask for Leah.
After being in isolation for 3 months due to Covid 19, we saw an advertisement on TV that Plush was having a sale. We needed a new lounge suite, so the time was right!! We were greeted at the door by the smiling and friendly Leah. After determining our requirements Leah advised that the Dover suite was probably the one for us, but suggested that we try some others as we made our way to the Dover, which was located at the back of the show room. We did the Goldilocks test on number of sofas, they had good selection of products at the Marion store and all were reasonably spaced apart, due to Covid restrictions. Some were too hard, some were too soft, but the Dover was just right Leah talked us through all the features of the product, the quality of the leathers and the choices we could make, she certainly new her stuff and we found her to be extremely helpful Thank you for your help Leah you were amazing. We look forward to taking delivery of our new lounge suite Jen

Dennis at your Marion showroom was very helpful and friendly..He went out of his way to answer all my concerns and I will definitely recommend him to my friends when shopping for lounge furniture..Now I just have to be patient and wait for my new sofa to arrive!
Catherine was very informative and easy to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure. Looking forward to taking delivery of our couch in the next few weeks!
