Service has always been lacking, but more importantly the staff refuse to wear masks during COVID-19 mandated rules to keep the community safe. As an employee in another store at Highpoint, the rest of the centre is doing their best to make staff and customers feel comfortable and safe. They have a sign stating “Our staff have medical exemptions for mask”. Very unlikely ALL of the staff I see there daily have a medical reason. I would never shop here and never recommend anyone do so after seeing this kind of selfishness and stupidity.

Really a luck of the draw shopping here. Stock is always out or "on the way" which is a pity because they have decent products. The worst thing is the customer service. The high school student who works there has far more manners than the old rude ladies. No politeness or help whe you walk in the store. Hopefully yhey improve!
I’ve been shopping here for the past 3 months, they have a nice range of vegan products but unfortunately the costumer service is extremely poor. When you walk in they don’t even acknowledge you and during the transaction are pretty rude and never say bye. Considering you pay 6 dollars for a little bar of vegan chocolate you would expect at least some basic manners.
Drove a long way to get some medicine I urgently needed and the woman turned me away. Said they were closed, but it wasn’t even their closing time. I have been a loyal shopper here for a few years now, and I will avoid coming here now because of this experience. The service is inconsistent, not everyone working there knows what they are selling, and prices are usually higher than other places.
I can not recommend this store enough. I have three children and have been going for myself and them for years. The staff there are always helpful and extremely enthusiastic about helping me with anything I need. There always seems to be a naturopath in store which makes me feel so confident knowing I'm getting the right information. There has also been times when research into products has been offered which I find so great. Well done staff, great service, great range of products and I always recommend your store to everyone.
I've been a shopping here for a few years but to be honest after the new management has taken over, it's all gone downhill. High staff turnover, stock is always out, however the staff are amazing with their knowledge, especially the young brunette nutritionist. This store needs to get it's sh*t together or it'll be one of the many shops that will shut down in highpoint
