My fave cupcakes everrrrrr, forever! I order them for birthdays, occasions and various other excuses just to indulge...just cuz These guys also hold cupcake classes during the school holidays (bar Covid restrictions) Cupcake Central have free delivery atm, get them fresh to your door at the press of a button! Check for your postcode on their website to see if your postcode qualifies first. ('')

Usually friendly staff. However, came in today 11/02/21 at around 3:30pm was served by an asian girl with grey-ish dyed hair in a ponytail. She saw us come in and did not greet us or acknowledge us and the store was not busy at all, but I just figured she was busy doing something and so we waited patiently to be served. A couple minutes later, two middle aged women came in after us and she immediately heads over to the POS to serve them and doesn't even ask who was next despite seeing us come into the store and waiting... The ladies were kind enough to let us go first as they had seen us waiting. The staff member was obviously reluctant to serve us and leaves the two boxes of 10 cupcakes on top of the glass, doesn't offer a receipt (but offers the middle aged women) and goes to serve the ONE person after me. It's not that hard to COMMUNICATE and be like hey they're ready to go or to have common courtesy to say goodbye/have a nice day instead of just ignoring us and leaving the boxes there. I don't know if she's having a bad day or has something against us, regardless it was pretty poor and disappointing service today from it's usual.

Nice little place if you want something sweet or good coffee. I was there for the coffee, my wife for something sweet ;). Worth the visit if you are there.

Ordered from this store because it's the only one open at the moment. Took advantage of the free delivery within 25km of the CBD. My order ended up being delivered to my neighbours address. We had to go door knocking in order to find them. There's no receipt information or delivery information attached, so our neighbours were left a little confused. Have not received any explanation from Cupcake Central.
