It is absolutely genuine feedback mate. Please go back to your files and see the list of ur client who has suffer because of ur irresponsible behaviour and work. Not doing your work properly, does not have any sense of urgency and letting your client suffer by not paying your workers which ultimately holds the construction and here you come saying not a genuine feedback. You don't even deserve 0 rating mate.
Subcontracted to this useless builder who at first always paid late and had to chase and hasle to get paid but would pay, untill that also stopped for no reason, even when requested why, I got no answer! Then the office wouldnt return my calls and payments never came. Rumer from staff and other trades that majority havnt been paid to date and that they funnel there funds to invest in builds over sees, hence the BAD cash flow!!
sht company. never pay trader money . dont work for them. they change lots of company work for them. because not getting pay. no one will work for them in the furture
