You should see them they look amazing! From the old rusty old look to a clean, better quality, way more sturdy and stronger then the original ever was! My chairs look brand new! I’ve witnessed Ian, Leesa and the team being friendly, courteous and helpful to new and existing customers on multiple occasions with everyone from the trade made to feel welcome.
Went in looking for new salon furniture. Must say 'wow' customer service was fantastic. These guys were so patient. I had looked at other stockists but so glad we went to KSHE. Super helpful and friendly. I didn't feel once under any pressure to buy. Thanks guys you have gain a loyal forever customer!
Not good customerservice and very dishonesty as well rudely. Cheated to people giving other customer returns things to sale other customer. It's not fair enough. Pls careful people check each and everything there before leave that place.. I bought cutting chair and massage bed .massage bed used one and cutting chair faulty one. When I went North to south side he told me they have policy not give refunds.then he told he do assembled to your chair and he used rusty parts used one.old one. If mistake then one thing wrong.not both wrong. I forget to take faulty chair photo.and when I went that guy rudely talked with me.and he assembled one spare part used one. Thanks for rudness. I will not recommend guys. Be aware of what you buy then pay cause they have best policy not refund your money either faulty things as well used one too. That guy said not their fault. It's manufactures problem if u not take responsibility why you sale for money ? for client's satisfaction ? Thanks.
Thankyou for your help in furnishing a home salon. The customer service was exceptional, unobtrusive and highly informative, nothing was a problem. in regards to a 1 star review further down this page, such people shouldnt be in our industry, to slander and portray a business in such an unjustified way is disgraceful. disregard this person and head down to KSHE for awesome salon furniture! and customer service second to none.
This is a fantastic wholesale supplier to the hair and beauty industry. Independently owned and family run. The staff are amazing, the service to salons and professionals is exactly what you want. Prompt and reliable. Best range of products and equipment, all good brands, no junk. They also have a great training facility upstairs for education and events. Well worth a visit if you are in the industry.
