I had an old blind that needed the chain and attachment replacing, Stuart Blinds were the only business that could assist me and the service was first class. Not only did I have the part replaced with professional and friendly service the cost was very reasonable.

Stuart blinds came to my house to give me a quote on the 22nd February. I was told they would email me the quote shortly after. It is now over a month later, i have not received a quote. I have called them 4 times over the past 2 weeks each time being told i will be contacted. They have made no contact at all.

Have used them several years ago and very impressed but recent experience very disappointing. Fellow came and measured and we had long discussion about our needs. Quote was to be expected within days. We have rung 3 times over last few months and told each time they would follow it up. Still no quote or explanation.
We are very happy with their products and service! We have used Stuart Blinds in the last 5 years to install shutter windows and doors, and also roller blinds for our house. Their products are good quality and their price is compatible. A few weeks ago Alan came to fix a small problem of our shutter door, which was installed 4 years ago, for free. He said that's part of their warranty. Not often you come across people/business like this nowadays!
