My car went in for a service they tried to over charge me for a part. They said 800 we got it for 84. Don't think they liked that because my car still has engine light on and it's not detecting my keys properly. I never had this problem before. I'm am heartbroken. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE TAKE MY CAR TO THIS HACK JOB

Very disappointed with customer service. Car booked in for a temporary fix. For a recall. To them be told they have to source a part. Let me drive away without fixing car. And not even bothered that they couldn't give me a courtesy car. Or go out of there way to sort something . Absolute joke and very disappointed with Jeep Mandurah and Jeep Australia. Do not go here

Took my Chrysler in for a fault finding check. Was also waiting for a part due from East coast(7 days) for seperate issue. Fault check was completed and part came early so they fitted it same day. Two thumbs up from me, saved a second trip. Friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Will definitely be trying them for my next vehicle service.

Absolut NO customer skills at all, tried to get a quote for an update of my navi (Grand Cherokee Overland). So first I send an enquiry on their web - NO response (2 weeks ago). THen rang them yesterday morning and was told to leave my mobile number - NO response. Tried again today my first call was diverted to service and ended in nirvana, my second call the same the guy from Jeep listened to my request and then … diverted me to the - you guess right - ominous service department somewhere in the clouds - NO ANSWER! STAY AWAY! They seem to busy with themselves to even answer a simple question about the price for an navi update.

Can't speak for the negative reviews the service department gets but Farren in sales was a Legend, I highly recommend the young lad, bought my jeep interstate, just dealt with Farren over the phone and email, hassel free

I brought my car in to have a steering arm fixed due to a recall. I ended up walking away with a light that stays on constantly due to slippery roads and EPG. Also ended up with my alignment out. At the time, had no money to fix, still don't and it's nearly cost me several crashes due to slippery roads and new tyres bolding unevenly, that would've lasted me another 6 years. And, all because when I asked about a service that would cost a fortune, I said no. Wondering if it wasn't sabotage to force me back there.

absolutely without question the worst customer service experience of my life. Having moved recently to Mandurah and having received a recent recall letter for my Jeep Commander, i went down to discuss and arrange the works accordingly. I questioned them as to what the work would entail, and was in the first instance lied to outright, then when dropping my car off for said recall service works, again i queried what was going to be done and was then handed a factory recall sheet, told to phone FCA customer care and asked to leave the premises. Absolute total waste of time, i would have zero faith in any works they undertake on my vehicle. Don't risk it, go somewhere else.
