Great service, really lovely staff.
I have been a client of this MySkin for many years now and despite not having any complaints from a clinical perspective I was extremely disheartened and upset at the comments of some of your staff. During a recent treatment the therapist thought it appropriate to point out something on my body which she deemed to be an issue and ask me if I wanted it “fixed”. If a client has not raised a topic, particularly pertaining to their physical features, it is HIGHLY unprofessional and socially unacceptable for staff members to comment on their bodies. I understand that upselling services is unfortunately something that is heavily pushed in this clinic however staff should really not be commenting on others physical features like this. Sadly this is not the first time a comment like this has occurred - this time it’s varicose veins and last time it was my ‘uneven’ complexion. Not okay guys! Some serious training needs to be undertaken.

Love this clinic every time I go! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities are always clean and just lovely. The nurses here always make great recommendations for treatments to help you look and feel your best. Will continue to come here for all my laser, skin treatment and pampering needs.
The professional who did my laser (can’t remember her name but she was short, Italian and brown hair) was amazing. I really appreciated her thoroughness in explaining processes and ensuring my skin was appropriate and safe to laser at the time. Her expertise and knowledge stood out and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Only thing stopping from being a 5-star rating was the fact I had to wait 35 minutes past my designated appointment time
First time at the Malvern MySkin Clinic the staff was absolutely lovely and cara’s customer service and professionalism through out my laser process was fantastic I definitely recommend!
Have been going to MySkin clinic in Malvern for 5 years now. The service they offer is impeccable and treatments are fabulous. They are ever changing and trying to meet customers needs always. I have had excellent results in all laser and facial treatments. Highly Recommended. The center has just been refurbished and is always clean.
