I love this clinic! Had my first consultation with Maria and she thoroughly went through my needs. I was really happy to book a treatment with her recommendations :) I went in this Tuesday and had the polish treatment. Honestly the best treatment and service I have had. Really work on all areas of the face and my main concern. Maria did an amazing job and I really felt she was doing all she can to help with my concerned skin. I am disappointed that I am writing this review, but I feel that it is necessary to share my Erase experience. My skin was significantly damaged as a result of laser treatment performed by Dr Carlisle. What is more unfortunate is the minimal post treatment care I have received since the injury was caused. I have had to seek second opinions and undergo treatment at alternative clinics because Erase has not completely assisted with the recovery of the wound. My advice to anyone who is considering laser treatment is to ask as many questions as possible and undertake your own independent research. Despite Dr Carlisle being a very experienced plastic surgeon he performed laser treatment that resulted in injury, scaring and discolouration. I hope this review will assist anyone who is contemplating laser treatment.

I have been visiting Erase for almost 4 years and love coming. All the girls are always so friendly, helpful and caring, especially Dom who does my Microdermabrasion. I have had many procedures done and highly recommend trying new things for your skin. The Jan Marini products are fantastic and they help keep my skin looking great in between appointments.
