Excellent customer service, unfortunately it ends there. I am on my 5th pair of Florsheim shoes unfortunately the last 3 pairs have all had issues with the leather upper detaching from the sole. The first pair were understandably 12 months old, the second pair were 4 months old when i had them replaced under warranty and the 3rd and final pair which were the warranty replaced ones have now also failed after only 8 weeks. I would have expected a little more from a 250 pair of shoes.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the young lady. I purchased some lovely boots and saw some other shoes I’d like later. This is a new store and is three times larger than the old store. Also a wider range of shoes are present. I’ll go back if I can find the store again.

I was happy that their 300 shoes went on sale late June. I bought a pair of slip-on shoes that cost 240; original price was 320. As I received the shoes, I was very disappointed with its quality. I wore it for two minutes to try its fit; unfortunately, it was not as good as the price I paid for it. It formed creasing after the first try! I have not even been on the street with them and they already look cheap. Florsheim one day used to be a quality brand. Nowadays it is just an overpriced piece of garbage, which you can find in Kmart or Tarocash for 50. I had to pay 15 for return postage and packaging. Florsheim reimbursed me for that.

The attitude in this store was appalling. Being told "unlucky to have feet that size" is NOT good customer service. These staff members are a disgrace and I will not be shopping at this store again, nor will I be recommending friends and family shop here.
