Absolutely incredible service. I purchased a wiring adapter / harness to plug n play a new stereo head unit. Jessica at the Malaga store made sure I had the right one, came out the front to my car to give me a hand to make sure I had everything as it was supposed to. A few seconds (which felt like an eternity!) later and it is working without any hassle. 3 screws and a couple plugs. Saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. 10 out of 10.

Be very careful of this store when they have their 20 percent off sales. They do not give the discount when they have a shelf price different to the scanned price. They refused to change the price at the check out to the ticketed price and then apply the advertised store wide discount. This is against the law. I will purchase the same item up the road at Sydney Tools or Beyond Tools.
