Lift failed after little over a year. Had fixed by someone else as they had closed their Perth site, only to find out that it was installed out of code, which is why it failed). And had also lied on the compliance paperwork to gain an approval plate. Repairs cost over 4k. Owner, who is now based over east, Mr Wang couldn’t care less. Avoid this company and it’s products at all costs.
