Good product knowledge, high quality and great prices. I've been there a couple of times now and I always get great service and they stock what I'm looking for, every time. Even when the shops are all packed, this place is quiet and that means they can give that more personal service. This is my go to place for anything to do with BBQs and I've never been disappointed.

Great range and have been waiting ages for our new bbq and we were so excited to pick it up with majority of staff being very helpful. We were disappointed to be assisted by an unfriendly staff member who made the experience of picking it up not as enjoyable and easy as it should have been.
