It’s a shame to hear such negative and unnecessary reviews from the client above.. There are 4 rooms in which are cleaned daily including floors mopped with appropriate hygiene products. The crash mats are whipped down with hygienic whips after every clients use, probably why they were wet, however I’d use the expression damp perhaps \u200d️ Interruptions.... I would rather see that my child is receiving the correct therapy from my OT if it meant a very slight interruption of a knock on the door to obtain specialised equipment needed to further my child. The staff in this practice are professional, friendly and efficient at all times, they will and have gone above and beyond for families who attend there appointments. Keep up the fabulous work you do for our children and us as parents guiding them in today’s society!
