I just wanted to give a big shout out to Kane at Guest Services. We drove for 9 hours to get to Seaworld and there was a mix up with the booking. Kane was FANTASTIC and did everything he could and more, to see us set up, along with an upgrade, and just made the whole experience such a positive one. We really appreciated everything he did. Rooms were beautiful, dining was lovely and cocktails were fantastic. THANKS!!

There is a reason this hotel keeps getting voted best kids resort, lives up to the reputation. Could do with a few more options for kids on the room service menu, and better options for buffet breakfast during covid, especially for the kids, there's no fruit, banana bread, pancakes or even muffins for kids choices. Highlights are spongebob meet n greet, the fantastic water play area, and of course seaworld itself.
I stayed here for a conference and I absolutely loved it. I had the base level room and it had just been refurbished. It was lovely!!! The TV was huge too. Room service and lounge bar food was lovely. Grounds are beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Conference centre is good too.
Most of the rides and attractions were closed for maintain or opened for limited time during the day. The show was boring with the acrobats unable to complete the stunts. Not even the shops opened the whole day. It was nice to get to touch the rays. In general I would avoid wasting time in this park when there many other better options in Gold Coast.
Checked in at 3pm very helpful, pleasant and friendly staff, our room is very comfortable, clean and great lighting the air conditioning was on room lovely and cool.. the grounds very tidy gardens are gorgeous... lots of families having fun in and around the pool area
Absolutely fantastic. Rooms were modern, clean and inviting. Was lovely getting oversized bath sheet towels. The kids adored the water park and wanted to go every afternoon. The exclusive dolphin adventures talk was enlightening and a great way to get the kids interested in marine life. The staff are friendly and attentive, and a big shout out to Fiona on the front desk, who organised a beautiful birthday gift for our eldest girl. Will definitely be staying again.
15 years ago this was a great place to visit. I believe profits have not been injected into their resort or fun park. Their website is not updated to inform you that 70% of rides are not working. Also the accommodation now is the equivalent to a 3 star motel. The bathrooms need maintenance and rooms need upgrading. This park currently sits around 89th of 100 world wide theme parks.
Don't go during peak times! Sea world is a great family day but atm, there is a bit under construction. It will be awesome in a couple of years, when all is finished.
