Fantastic experience . We’ve been up a few times now . My little boy hasn’t stopped bragging that it’s not his first time. Scott & Lisa are simply true professionals , great experience from the moment you call to book , boarding , briefing , the flight is amazing , even when it’s all over . The professional team saw us out with a fond farewell . We will be back soon. Highly recommended to anyone . Best way to see the Gold Coast .

Loved the experience. They were very friendly. Staff were very polite. Flight time was about 15 mins which is actually more than enough.
We were unlucky with weather however the date my partner in crime arranged on the sly was perfect. I had no idea until we landed on the sand dunes; food was perfect and location was picturesque. Can't control the weather however the professionalism of the pilot Spencer kept us up to date even with delays. We were even lucky enough for a photo bomb in our picture from Spencer. Really memorable day guys, thank you!
Five star means the whole experience... the helicopter ride, captain, tour, staff and services... the overall experience was just so amazing....
The initial introduction was pretty average. First of all, yes we were a little wet from our Jet Boat Extreme experience. It came as a package with no fine print regarding MUST BE DRY for flights. Making us stand out in the sun for half an hour just to satisfy their need was uninviting. We’ve actually got sun stroke today and not feeling well today. The building itself we felt was sterile/clinical. No real atmosphere and the staff weren’t exactly all that friendly. Almost No personality expressed. We felt the experience was pragmatic rather than humanistic. The flight over surfers paradise was a sight to enjoy so this made up for the lack of atmosphere in the place.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! My family surprised me with a chopper ride for my birthday and what an amazing birds eye view I got of the famous Gold Coast beaches! Definitely one of my most memorable life experiences! The 30 minutes chopper ride felt like 10! It was such an exhilarating experience and I'll definitely do it again given that it's well worth the money, and you'd want to go with a company that has zero safety incidents.
