We received a quote recently after a site inspection from one of the staff Jim who covers the SW Sydney area. He took his shoes off without prompting and he asked if we would like him to wear a mask which was really helpful as I am a health worker and need to take precautions. He was such a legend. Unfortunately our windows are not build friendly for the double glazed window solution offered so it would take some extra work for the installation to occur so we are still having discussions in our household whether we proceed but I can't fault the company or Jim at all. Really appreciated his advice and support. He was not pushy with sales, very friendly and honest to deal with.

Great experience with Magnetite. Ken who came to quote was good at explaining how the system works, giving us options and his honest opinion. He made clear that it would be sound reduction, not elimination, so our expectations were set. The quote was reasonable vs one other company. On the day we had Milco and Trong for installation. They were super clean and the job was done really well. We love what the windows look like, so sleek! You can barely see them. We live on a busy road, the sound reduction is surprisingly good and we’ve noticed it has also helped reduce the heat in those upstairs bedrooms. Highly recommend these guys, thanks Magnetite!
This is an excellent company selling a terrific product. I needed to get the Magnetite double glazing on my windows due to traffic noise. Ken from Magnetite completed the measure and quote promptly. I had to apply to my strata committee to get the Magnetite windows installed in my unit, so Ken also helpfully supplied me with a lot of documents (including technical drawings, etc) for my strata application. Neethu was the customer service person I dealt with at Magnetite and she was very polite, friendly and helpful. The installation only took half a day and the installers did a very neat, professional job. I was amazed by the effect of the Magnetite windows - the traffic noise from an extremely busy road close to my unit is now blocked out almost completely and it has improved my quality of life a lot. I would highly recommend this business and their product to anyone.
Fantastic would def recommend. We live on a busy road with bus stop outside our bedroom window. The difference since we got magnetite is amazing.

I've worked for Magnetite and I can certainly vouch for the great eye for detail every employee has for each individual job. But what I enjoyed the most was the great leadership team and the relationship of the management to the employees, especially Adrian took care of every employees individual need, was constantly keeping in touch with his employees and build a relationship that did not feel like a typical boss-employee relationship at all. Now, after roughly 3 years while writing my resume, I still remember the great time I had working at Magnetite and thus felt the need to at least show a little bit of appreciation with this review. I have had my windows done over time with Magnetite, I cannot hear people making a noise outside my bedroom windows or front loungeroom, and front door was sealed also - so when door is shut, not a peep, then I had ensuite and 2nd bedroom done then bathroom windows because of next doors air conditioning, works a treat - very happy - I had the door seals done in bathroom done also as the door had light filtering, bringing extra noise in. I am very happy with Magnetite professionalism and service. You can always tell a good company from a bad one, the good companies will always get back to you, and Magnetite got back to me within half an hour when I wanted to know something by email. Noise level is definately down by almost hearing nothing.
I’ve enquires about some options to sound-proof two consulting rooms in my clinic. They came over, measured and advised on the best solution and send me a quote. I accepted and a couple of months later (today) got four windows and two double sliding doors installed. I’m the entire experience is 5-star worthy. 1. Great communication 2. Great advice 3. Great product (like awesome!!) 4. Great installers (they’ve left the office cleaner than before) 5. Great results I’ve put a vacuum cleaner with close to 80dB I side the room and closes both sliding doors and couldn’t hear it anymore. Such an amazing result. For me sound proofing was number one but I’m much looking forward to lower electricity bills too ;-) Can only recommend the products and team from magnetite (Jim from the sales team was awesome and so were the guys who installed it for me)!!! Thanks Magnetite!! Love it!
