He was flexible- showing up at short notice, within the estimated time frame, and managed to remove pet stains from our dirty carpets. Prices were competitive to the other quotes we received. There is on doubt for me to give 5 stars to Andy's work today, his work was perfect, thorough, detailed. He even went further to let me know that I had a flood damage from the shower room of the ensuite to the carpet of the main bedroom. He sent me the text message to guide me how possibly it happened and how to get it fixed, which I was really impressed !! Please go for him, thumbs up to you Andy !!
