This place needs to undergo major improvement in all areas but what's most concerning is the workers here. They're completely unorganized, have no idea what is going on half the time, no communication skills between workers and it's just a complete mess. They aren't doing what the whole purpose of their job is - to prevent recidivism and keep people out of the system. The attitude of some of the workers is so wrong and very backwards. This place is shocking
