This is a fantastic idea. To know that there is a service like this that exists when you need it most is priceless. Extremely handy when it's urgent but not an emergency! Amazing way to relieve the burden on the emergency departments and hospitals. I came in Easter Sunday and was treated very well. I was promptly seen by a nurse, given medication and then seen by the emergency physician who sent me for a scan. Soon afterwards I was given results and sent home. I was told to represent if there was anything that changed or got worse at no cost. Yes this costs a fee, but I feel like it was well worth it for peace of mind and to know I was being looked after by competent staff very promptly. I will be definitely recommending WiSE to friends and family!

Seriously cannot recommend highly the professional team at wise clinic. Its like you get a super surgeon examining you every needs. No need to wait all the experts are there to assist without the need of long waiting cues you always find in public hospitals. Big thank you to Dr Arora and team at wise clinic

This facility well equipped and they will get you in quickly if you want to see a doctor. But what i experienced is they have a lack of responsibility for their patients, i went during the easter Monday as they are the only clinic that opens this time just to change dressing by one of the nurses (they change it to me two days ago). I've been waiting for 6 hours to see a nurse (they told me to leave and comeback in 1 hour then after an hour they told me comeback in 2 hours and then i had to wait for 2 hours to be told they can't help me!!!). Will never comeback and will never recomend this clinic.

Highly recommended! Friendly and professional staff, top notch facilities in a clean and safe environment. Great for emergencies or regular visits (they have dental too!) convenient hours and even during weekends.

Took 19mo son for a suspected fracture. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, examined and another 5 minutes to have radiographic confirmation of the fracture. The entire process took less than 1 hour. The ER doctor was informative and did not over-service or recommend drugs/follow ups that may not be necessary (left it up to my own choice based on information given). Kids play areas & toys were a good distraction. Especially having some medical background myself, it was extremely comforting to be seen by a team who listened, was very obviously experienced, and directly addressed my concerns. I fully support the teaching experience of junior medical staff at public hospitals, but recognise that this process can be slow as they check in with their superiors at every step. WiSE medical is fantastic for people who are time poor and know they need some medical assistance but cannot wait for GP or hospital and then be directed elsewhere for imaging.

Overall Wise was a good experience, fast service, friendly doctor. Unfortunately, the service was let down by a dismissive unprofessional female nurse and makes me second guess going back there which is very unfortunate (hopefully just a bad day). Blood tests and scans were done promptly and included in fee.
