Excellent apartment with great design! Ideal location to relax and shop simultaneously. Close to all kinds of amenities, like malls/train/Uni etc. all in short walking distance.

Living in Macquarie park for a long time, lease in this building for 6 months, everything goes well, quality of the Apartment is amazing, meets all my requirements. close to the shops and restaurants and all other facility. recommend !!!!!!!!!!!

A really good place. there is bridge connect to Macquarie shopping center, and many take away near by, Metro station just need few minutes walk.

A perfect location for a student!! right next Macquarie Uni, and shopping center just downstairs, super convenience.

very liked this place, I used to need over 25mins to get train station, but since I moved to here, everything just became so convenience. The neighborhood and the environment are very good.

Apartment across the road at 80 Waterloo Rd is much better in my experience. Quieter, away from the noisy shopping centre and also much better quality apartments. Do not recommend Prime.

Superb!!! Super Slow respond from building management to repair defects, poor quality, definitely not it stated as 1st grade when selling. I'm expecting a secure residential but so much trespassing, the tiny gate and low fences wouldn't stop those trespassor. And the facilities seems to lock for ever while I'm still paying strata for them, what we were promised the direct 'VIP' access to Macquarie shopping center was closed TOO!!
