Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I wouldn’t even give one Star if I could. I made an appointment 6 weeks ago. I came to my appointment which was for 5pm today and a lady was locking the door. She said there was nobody there and didn’t anybody call me to tell me that doctor lee wasn’t there.. she said three other people came in today and were not informed either. How can a medical professional not inform a patient that they are not in. It’s completely slack. I’m a single mum and had to take a day off work for this appointment and made arrangements for my daughter to be cared for. Unbelievable not to even get a phone call. Shows how unprofessional you are doctor lee and how much you don’t care about your patients! Thanks for nothing!
