Had the carpets cleaned by this company and it didnt even look like it had been cleaned. Lost more bond money due to having to have it cleaned by a reputable company. Do not use them they are useless.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Spoke to the boss Bob about my dog haired sofas, specifically stating I would not pay extra due to dog hair and were they OK to do the job. All OK until they arrived, and left without job done! Rude
Was so rude on the phone barely speaked english, they said they would be at ours at 5pm rocked up nearly an hour later and when he arrived he was so rush with the job the carpets didn't smell fresh and we gave its days to dry and their products have stained the carpet was furious please don't waste you time with this company WORST mistake choosing these carpet cleaners!
