Daniel is a huge assets to this store and we love all of our interactions with him. For years we have been coming across town to visit this store just because of his game reviews. We are a family of six with children aged 4-13 and he has never missed the mark when recommending a board or card game for us. We will always take the trip across town because we know it’s worth it to come home with a great game based on his recommendations. Customer Service is the reason we chose Brick and Mortar over online pricing.

I just bought a box of chess and checkers from the store. The green price sticker on the box said around 19.95 however scanned as 25. I didn't realise it until I have paid for the items (bought another full price item too). I asked the lady about the price difference. She peeled and tear off the green tag and went to shelf to check other stocks . Came back with individual "chess" and "checkers" with correct price tags on them. She did explained the green tag on my chess is a wrong tag nicely however then pointed at their no price tag tampering policy. I feel offended since it was clearly store error. If you have worked in the retail before you would know it's hard to peel off those green labels without tearing them. I'm not saying I can't pay for extra 5 for the set. But point is, if the store makes the mistake with the pricing, you should have done it for the customer service. By the way the store looks great now after all the puzzles have sort out in nice orders. Please keep up with the staff and service.

Came in late on a Thursday and was served by a guy around my own age, 40-50? He was so helpful. Thank you it was appreciated, and yes... got what we needed. I hope people make the effort to go to this store, they had what I needed when no one else did.

Rarely go to a toy shop these days but went there to pick up a card game and was surprised by the level of customer service by the staff. Definitely will be coming sooner than I generally would.

Worst place to buy. I have bought a LOL following set price 100.00 for gift from mcgregor. Next day realized same toy is 60.00 in Kmart and Target. Then taken receipt and asked for price match. Manager guy rudely said he don't trust the receipt. Have to bring the toy (which is already gifted)!! If they do not trust their own receipt and selling you 40 dollar more than the actual price, they are not a good shop. I do not recommend them.

Toyworld is great with good collections. Unfortunately, the staffs are terrible. Not offered any assiatance by the staffs although the shops seems very quiet. Worst customer service experience ever. The lady on the front desk is really rude and did not even say just 'hi'. i felt like she is a racist..Better shop online than going to this shop...
