Staff is helpful and cooperative. Parking/ Disabled parking available. In the morning it's not crowded but day time you have to stand in the queue outside. Usually does not take long to get your job done once you are inside.

Service was quick and friendly! The space is large here too though a bit drabby interior design. I went here for a transfer of vehicle registration and the staff was helpful and efficient, took me barely a minute to finish! I’d prefer to go here for license and vehicle registrations and renewals.

I need to apply for my blue card urgently otherwise my study plan will be greatly interrupted. I call them and ask what do I need to bring to apply for my CRN. They said I need to bring my passport, one bank card, print out my current visa letter and bank statement with my full name and current address on it. I did so but when I arrived at the office I was told that I need 2 bank cards to proof my identifiy. I cannot get my CRN. I wasted a lot of my time and plan was extremely interrupted. I feel very angry and feel this will cause a great cost to pay and even delay my life plan.

Similar to another review i asked what i needed to bring in for a license conversion. I did what they asked but forgot one thing which was proof of ID only which is my fault so i took and uber forward and back to my house because i wanted it sorted the same day. When i arrive again they say my license translation which was translated by UQ which they had already seen now an hour before cannot be "verified" because some of their systems are outright ancient and they need to email UQ and ask them if it's legit despite having all their official stamps on it. Now wasting my time again as i need to uber back there spending another 40 for no reason and i have a feeling this will happen again next time for some reason again Edit: Adding to this review the first 2 incompetent staff could not find an email my translator had sent them for my drivers license the day after my first visit despite me showing a forwarded copy to their email adress they had already received. I came back after the weekend and the girl this time knew what she was doing and had it sorted in 10 minutes. Why was the first 2 people so bad? They constantly shrugged their shoulders and one of them even called over her supervisor which told me i can go to another department or mains roads to get it sorted because they had no clue what they were doing. How is this acceptable from a government facility?

I never had bad experience with any staff member in this transport office . Today I have visit here between 1120am and 1145am at 10th of march . I forget his name but he has tattoo on his right arm . He don't know how to talk with customers and he shouldn't do work here if he gonna give bad customer service . He should get retirement from work .

Normal government department. Slow, overcrowded. Don’t particularly enjoy going here it’s only out of absolute necessity. Parking can also be crowded and being on a slight hill you have to watch other drivers around you carefully
