Nice goog music store, lots of chooses and varieties of instrument
After travelling 40 minutes to visit the store, I was completely taken back by the service. The first 'younger' man who helped us was extremely helpful and setup a room to try out a bass. after playing for 10 minutes, I decided to try another bass. Since the next bass I wanted to try, was 'high end' it required me to ask a store person for help. As the first 'younger' man was busy assisting a different customer. I asked a gentlemen behind the counter who appeared to have no customer he was helping. He rudely told me to wait and he was helping a customer. After waiting 10-15 minutes and watching this older gentlemen (possibly owner/high up manager) stand at his computer writing an email, I asked the next lady who also was at a computer typing and also told me to wait an extra 5 minutes before helping. Considering all I wanted to was to try the bass I didn't see why they couldn't setup the room which would've taken 1 minute then continue on with their email. These 2 interactions sadly made me not want to spend over a grand in their store. so we drove a further 20 minutes away from my home to a different music store where 'billy hyde' helped us with amazing service and I went home with a guitar on that same day. Very disappointed in Cranborne music.
I bought a 2020 Epiphone Flying V from this store. I had to make a few phone calls with questions and every phone call I hung up satisfied with the information I was given. The guitar arrived with in 2 days and I am extremely happy with it. The guitar was in tune out of the box and it is set up really well, the only thing I would change is the string gauge as I use 11-52. I really can't complain about the service, product or delivery time.

After doing my research online for the guitar I wanted, I found Cranbourne to have the best price. Living in Sydney I was cautious about getting a 2000 instrument sent up but all my worries were alleviated from a phone call from Christian who talked me through humidity in my room and how to best look after my guitar - he also delayed a package so it didn’t endure transport on a 40 day, which was done at my request. These guys are great to deal with and when I’m ready to purchase another instrument I’ll be going to these guys first. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been here a few times and I would highly recommend checking it out the staff are always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can especially the staff member in the drum department
