Claude 3 Seater Velvet Sofa with Chaise Looked for a green velvet couch at multiple furniture stores.The one we found at Luxo living was definitely cheaper than most. Was a little skeptical to buy a sofa online. But the product was amazing,good value for money.Exactly like the pictures and the colour was as we expected. Delivery was on time, dispatched and delivered as stated on the website. Very happy customer.

I wanted to share my feedback for others potentially considering the purchase of a sauna from Luxo Living. Having spent quite some time researching potential options from barrel saunas to cabin saunas you simply will not find a better deal on a finnish or infrared sauna from anywhere in Australia delivered to your door. I purchased the Loyly 3 Person Finnish Steam Home Sauna and it was delivered flat packed as expected. The delivery people were kind enough to place it directly in my garage. I should note that each box was extremely heavy (ranging from 90kg to 50kg) and while I managed to move them with just one other person it was a massive struggle and is really a 3 person job. The assembly itself was extremely straightforward and is basically a giant very heavy lego puzzle. I note that the main assembly did require 3 people for just a short period of time (when putting together the primary structure to hold it in place) but the majority can be completed alone. The sauna itself is not designed to be placed outdoors but I built a roof for it and it is perfectly fine in a semi-outdoor environment provided that it is securely installed with adequate waterproofing around electrical components. While there were some issues like the alignment of the railing that runs across the back the quality of the sauna is very high considering the price. My biggest issues/complaints are 1. The LED wiring was a bit damaged. 2. You need to be extremely careful moving the back section because the tiles are easy to damage (whoops). 3. The LED wiring doesn't have a seperate switch which means unless you wire one up yourself you're gonna have LEDs glowing 24/7 from your sauna. All in all extremely happy with purchase couldn't recommend highly enough!

A lounge that arrived broken. now trying to get a full refund, (as there invoice said they will do if not satisfied) absolutely disgraceful people to deal with. trying to solve an issue from overseas doesn't cut it with me. 3 weeks still nothing. now in the hands of DEPT OF FAIR TRADING. Ordered a dining set back in December as a Christmas present and still have not received it. When purchasing the dining set it said it will be in stock in January which was fine. January passed and then I followed up with the company asking when is expected delivery. I was told in a few weeks I will get an email regarding when the order is dispatched. on the 5th March i received an email saying that the delivery will be in your warehouse 12th March and allow 2-3 days and will be delivered by Hunter Express. Days later I follow up again asking where the order is and was told that the dining chairs are not in stock but can choose the other navy colour as they are in stock. I do not want Navy as they will not match the rest of the interior. I still was not told when the delivery will be as it was "out of stock". Today I had enough of going back and forward about this dining set and asked one more time where is it or I want a refund. When I called up today asking where the dining set is I was told it is not in stock and never has been in stock this whole time. I said when I purchased it that it said it will be available in January. I was then told that is not true and pretty much was being told that I'm lying. Why would I purchase this item if I knew I would be waiting this long for it??? I also said I have emails regarding the dining set being dispatched and was also told that I never was told that. I have it written in an email and the woman didn't believe me. When I pretty much give up about this whole thing I request a refund because it is ridiculous how I have to keep following this up and getting nowhere. I was told I will be charged 30 cancellation fee. I was then told the item will be in warehouse next month so I hope this is true or else I will be wanting the refund without the fee. How ridiculous! This company is a joke!! Bought a bed, faulty drawers never replaced them! Then bed broke! Been going on since may last year!!! Have had over 20 phone calls to get a refund!!! Offshore company!! Get a. Different person every time!!!! Shut this company down!!!!!!

Happy customer over here. I was super apprehensive about purchasing from these guys as I was reading all the negative reviews but honestly I have had a fantastic experience with luxo living, thank you!!. I brought the Claude chaise sofa in Forest green and a rely big rug I absolutely love them. I also can't get over how affordable the items were too. I thought it would be really cheap quality but no, it's not. Obviously it's not top notch range but is pretty great for the price. Thanks Brian for your quick and helpful communication and thank you to the delivery company for getting it to me on time. All round great dealings. I'll definitely be purchasing more from this company.

Item Luxo Chatsworth 2-in-1 Eucalyptus Hardwood Day Bed with Black Cushions. Brilliant prompt communication and customer service by both Rochelle and Olivia. Item arrival sooner that anticipated and delivery within allocated time window. Product as advertised. Although black cushion is a bit thin, still seems good value at great affordable and competitive price.

Bought an adjustable height desk but it’s missing the rod that is critical to adjust the height of the desk. I have emailed with photos, case raised and numerous phone calls with the case manager. I’ve been chasing them for last 7 months and each time they promised they will resend the part. But they have since ignored my emails. I spent money on a desk which comes incomplete and it’s useless. I would never buy from them again.
