Reception staffs and managers give you incorrect information all the time. Not sure about the company process and policies for members. Bad customer service and full of incorrect information and excuses. Don’t record your gym attendance for after hour entry or don’t have any check-ins, not Covid safe Gym at all which is a real worry. When you try to freeze or terminate, you will struggle as one person ask you to call and when you call then they ask you to email.
I am not happy with this gym. Staff are liars. They convince you to enrol with their gym and they tell they return your money back if you change your mind during cooldown period, but they do not. Do not believe them. They call several times till they convince me but after I enrolled, whenever I call to talk about my problem, their manager is in a meeting.

Love this gym anyway, despite a few maintenance flaws. Has a wonderful friendly atmosphere, staff listen and take the time to say gday
I felt that there was really bad customer service at the reception desk. They don’t know how to communicate properly and need to work on how they come across to members in terms of their attitude and manner. They did not inform me when I joined that there is a policy where at the end of my 3 month contract, if you do not want to continue it after the 3 months, you have to let them know 28 days before your contract ends. Otherwise they will keep on direct debiting you even after your contract ends... Furthermore, some gym instructors do not bother to correct your form and put in a half hearted effort.
I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year casually now, the new 24/7 access is great and the gym has a great atmosphere. I recently had a PT session with Trevor and he was amazing. By far the most informative PT session I’ve ever had. In just 1 session he was able to give me a full run down of my posture and methods to correct this after years of sitting behind a desk. I would strongly recommend Trevor and Fitness First Lutwyche to anyone!!
