I emailed Ken over a weekend when our ZIP Hydro Tap was no longer supplying boiling water, with a request to contact me once he was back to work after the NY break, he called me the same day. He attended onsite 2 days later and fixed the unit immediately. Ken was polite, efficient and knowledgeable delivering an economical outcome. I would highly recommend Isinitbits for repair and service of similar products.
