I would not recomend this facility. My lab died in this boarding kennel. She was deemed fit and healthy by her vet only the week before. We were told that Roxy's legs were paralysed on her morning walk but instead of calling a vet they put her back in her kennel and left her for TWO HOURS. The next check she was dead. They tried to say she had a heart attack which was deemed untrue by our vet and said it was most likely a snake bite, we thought a tick but apparently all the other signs lead to a snake. She would have been in so much pain. They did not call us when first signs were shown that she wasn't well.. Only after she had died and hours after the event. The kennel wouldnt even hold her body for a night so we could get back to see her. Told us they had no refrigeration for her. They told us we would have to organise someone to pick her up so we called a cremation service. There was no apology or any sympathy for the loss of our beloved girl. It took months for them to give the remainder of our money back as well. I get very hesitant now to use a boarding kennel. I'm sure there's some wonderful ones around but it's made me so scared to trust another with my animals from the trauma of losing her.
