Great service today by Brad, he went out of his way to make sure we could take the mower home on the day of the purchase. Brad was so helpful and even helped load the mower into the van. I just had the pleasure of being served by Brad- I unfortunately was the annoying customer with only half of the required info and with an outside of the box request, he went out of his way to solve my problem... I cant remember the last time i had customer service as good as this. Thank you

Well I have never felt so unwanted in a big store like this one first I was greeted by lady on front desk she didn’t seem very happy she sent me to the parts desk and He was quick to say no I can’t help you with the part (that’s fine) so I had a look around then I seen a jumper I liked with no price so I asked the sales guy on the far wall (witch was the only person that would get off his chair) and he said go to the parts guy and he will scan the barcode for you so I went back to the parts guy and he didn’t even scan it he just said that’s 60 it’s like anything I was inquiring about i was disturbing them.

Great place for Stihl genuine parts, fantastic customer service. Can be a bit confusing when you first drive in, but Chesterfield are located at the end of the building, past the first gate.
