As I sat waiting for my coffee and banna bread I noted how many customers were obviously repeat regulars. The staff engaged them in an animated fashion, creating a fun "up" vibe without being a problem/disturbance for those already seated. Laughter, fun conversation and most importantly good coffee and cake. It is rare to get a spot in a busy shopping centre where you can get personal service with a good product. Well done Soul Origin.

Hope you can get your Soul back Not too sure on how to rate this one - on the last year, or the last few weeks... Was my "go to" place till recently, but now with how late the salads come out... and yes the flies that noone seems to care about acknowledging. I'm out (for now). Sad, and I hope this little gem gets turned around soon because I've just loved the salad options here - and the great customer service from the youngsters (almost always been spot on for me)

Friendly service and well presented food, mainly salads. The salads were a bit dry (despite the extra sauce) and therefore unsatisfactory. Located in the food court with seating available but a lot of tables seem to close to waste bins which may be practical but isn’t very appealing when you are eating your lunch.

Unhappy to not be told wen i was passed my wat they call toasted bun anyway that id wait another 15 min for my coffee it was a breaky deal should come together hot so cold bun hot coffee never again let ur patrons know theres a long wait

Used to be a very good story before they’ve come under new ownership. Have seen the staff get abused multiple times over nothing. Used to come in every day for my morning coffee and have established a great relationship with the staff but will sadly no longer be returning. I feel sorry for all the staff working there
