My daughter had her ears pierced for her birthday and the staff were amazing. They kept checking in with her every step of the way, making sure she knew it was absolutely okay if she wanted to change her mind. They had two staff to do both ears at the same time and it was over so smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend them.

the best service and staff my little ones first time and wow has the times changed no big guns to scare you , staff knew how to handle and communicate with the child which is important, it shouldn't be a traumatic like it was for my generation! thank you you made this mum walk out thinking wow technology is awesome !
Good service just don't return if you were to suffer from a rejected piercing.
Pretty disappointed with the service and staff at this store. Waited for 30 minutes to see someone for my appointment, was completely ignored and then told that I couldn’t get it done and that it was my problem. There seems to be a reoccurring issue with time management at this store as well as terrible customer service as it’s happened multiple times now, would not recommend this store at all.
This place is so good! The employees are always super friendly and helpful, and the piercings are perfect. I got my naval piecing here and I love it so much! The only negative thing is it's a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Definitely will come back again :)
Was looked after by Jaz and Kelly, both were the sweetest and the coolest people you could ever have piercing your skin. Best sense of humour and both know exactly what they're on about. Would recommend any day of the week; rain, hail or sunshine. I had my ears stretch from literally nothing to 4mm and even though its one of the tougher services to request, I was treated as professionally as one could hope for.
My piercer’s name was Emily she was so nice and professional and I’m happy with my piercing! Always been happy with the Logan store! xx
