Both my personal experiences and that of my staff, at Q Medical have been nothing short of professional and extremely helpful. The girls at the front desk are always warm, welcoming and very well informed and organised. In specific, Olivia - goes above and beyond ensuring that my needs and expectations are met both before and after my appointments. I travel from the Northside of Brisbane because I value the fact that she takes pride in her work and service toward myself and that of others.

Would recommend. First time being seen I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency that I was seen.
I had an appointment for ten to six of a night time. I always know there is a wait for doctors so I am always happy to wait. However this doctor was super slow within the hour or more that I was there he only managed to see two patients. A way for this clinic to improve on there night shift is to not over book with only one doctor. I must go back because I need to see the doctor but now I must wait till the weekend.
Some lady named marg or whatever her name is needs to work on her attitude towards the patients. Also will make you wait an hour. you might decide to cancel your appointment but be careful cause this MARG will make you out to be a liar.
I had an appointment this morning at 10.20 which I turned up for as I was in bad pain and due to medical condition in my foot and one of there good doctors was managing that pain after being in hospital for 6 weeks before. When I approached the desk to advise I had turned up I spoke to a female named Sarah who very rudely and loud so every one could hear informed me that I owed them 15 dollars for not turning up to a past appointment. I informed her that I cancelled that appointment and she told me that until the 15 dollars was paid I could not see a doctor. I did not bring any cash with me and I had walked about 5 km to attend appointment and had to leave and go home. This Lady Sarah is very rude and has done this before to other people then discuses and basically back stabs them with the waiting area full of patients to here. I am disappointed that this happened today over a lousy 15 dollars considering my wife and I take our 5 children there as well. If Sarah did this to me over 15 dollars she would also do to my kids. Very sad for business Andrew Hogan.
